In 2016 and 2017 it was prepared for theClassic & Sports Car Club New Millennium Series achieving a class win in 2016 and the following year won the series with6 class wins. The Elisewas more lightly used in 2018 with just two outings in theMSVR Trackday Championship. The car features Lotus Motorsport Exige bodyworkand rear wing and an offset driver's seat to improve weight distribution. The specification includes a 220bhpKseries engine built by Damico (2 hours use since full rebuild), PG1 gearbox with Quaife internals rebuilt by John Danby Racing in 2018, Quaife LSD, Multimatic suspension refresh in 2017, Lotus Racing AP 4-pot front calipers and Lotus 2-pot rears, OZ split-rim wheels + a spare set, Emerald M3DK ECU, Lotus Motorsport steering arms and gear linkage, rearview camera, 6-point roll cage, carbon race seat and 6-point harness. The Eliseappears professionally prepared and certainly presents well in Monaco White with a Lotus Racing Green stripe, spoilers and skirts, black wheel centres and a carbon rear wing. Itappears to be ready to race, however, we would advise interested parties to check the currency of any 'lifed'safety items (extinguisher, seats, belts etc). Please note that the car is not road registered or legal for road use. With its purposeful Lotus Motorsport Exige bodywork, this little Series 1 Elise racer really looks the part and, being eligible for a number of different championships, could offer an ideal entry into competitive motorsport.
