1976 Land Rover 88

History of this vehicle:
This rare factory 7 seater LHD 1976 Land Rover 88 2400 diesel was purchased from a collector near to my town in Piacenza, Northern Italy. The truck is a matching numbers example which has been confirmed by Land Rover and is also registered ASI (Automoto Club Storico Italino). Only 2 owners from new.

Body:
This non restored example is in almost perfect condition. The paint is presented very well with know obvious defects. The shut lines are pin straight. All exterior lighting works with no cracks in the lenses. it has light protectors up front. The exterior and frame are in rust free condition with no welds.

Interior:
The interior can only be described as time warp condition, it's incredible, preserved to the highest of standards. 

Engine & Transmission:
Having been in this truck numerous times I can safely say this drives exceptionally well, nothing to report on, Just brilliant.

Summary:
These are becoming highly collectable and finding good examples is rare. This is a rare factory seater with tow bar. The truck comes complete with original keys, spare wheel, fresh service and safety inspection.
