Description

We are happy to offer once again, a great example of the iconic British 4x4, the 1991 Range Rover Classic Vogue SE. This particular one has just benefited from a fresh strip and repaint in a gorgeous blue that highlights its timeless design. Under the bonnet sits the desirable fuel injected 3.9 litre Rover V8, sending around 185bhp to all four wheels via the ultra-smooth four-speed ZF automatic transmission. The car has just six previous owners and has covered 120,000 miles.

Benefitting from a lot of recent body work, this Classic is now a beautifully useable example that only needs to be enjoyed. Indeed, the car has recently been stripped with any rust removed, the inner wings and sills have been replaced, along with the floors and arches. Following this, it was repainted in the handsome hue of Alaskan Blue, with fresh and correctly positioned coach lines, retextured plastics and trims, door shuts, hinges, decals, with wheels and callipers also being refurbished, plus
a new exhaust system giving a lovely burble. The vehicle now drives beautifully.

This Range Rover Classic is finished in the alluring combination of Blue over a Winchester Grey interior, only available on Vogue SE models. This is a rare hard dash model and rides on a set of refurbished body-coloured 16-inch “Vogue” alloy wheels, shod with new all terrain tyres to suit the time of year.

The factory equipment includes air conditioning, a heated front and rear screen, electric windows, electrically adjustable door mirrors, electric seats (with fully refurbished controls) and a dash-mounted clock. It has had both electric seat controls refurbished and refitted. This model also benefits from the fitment of an aftermarket and upgraded radio.

The Blue paintwork is in perfect condition, reflective of its recent strip down and respray. Inside, the cabin presents well and belies its age. The headlining has also been replaced. It is a perfect example of a well restored, useable classic.

After 3 years of restorative work the car has sailed through its MOT’s resulting in a first time passes as expected. A fresh MOT will also be completed prior to collection for the new owners peace of mind. The vehicle has limited service history, but does have a wealth of invoices and parts receipts, along with evidence of the service completed just 3 weeks ago.

The car is a testament to its previous owner, offering superb value given the volume of work completed and is one of the most solid examples we have seen to date.

As with all of our vehicles, we have a digital folder available on request containing more images, walkaround videos, pictures of the underside and scans of the service history.
