- Exclusive and rare version
- Just over 11,000 km from new
- Desirable specific equipment

The Land Rover Defender celebrated its 50th anniversary in 1998 and for the occasion, the manufacturer decided to offer a special version in a limited-edition series, called "50th Anniversary". It was characterised by a 4-litre V8 injection engine coupled with an automatic gearbox, a first on a version released in Europe. It was distinguishable notably by its external arch and its lateral and rear footboards.
Not only this specific example is part of this special series, it also has special equipment that makes it unique: air suspension with manual ride height adjustment, double fuel tank, aluminium bodywork protections, additional headlights, protective lower skid. It features light grey leather upholstery adorning the front and rear seats, side panels and linings, air conditioning and a car radio. Finally, this Defender bears the number D141 engraved on a special plate. But above all, it has travelled just over 11,000 km since new, which is exceptional for a car that is almost 25 years old. This low mileage explains its magnificent original condition with a stunning dark green paint and a superbly preserved interior. Thanks to its history and obstacle-clearing capabilities, the Defender is a true legend, even more so since its discontinuation by the manufacturer. This special finish, of which mass-produced versions are deprived, will not leave the discerning collector indifferent.
