1997 Land Rover NAS Defender 110 Beach Runner #2, S/N SALDV2248VA118029, the Beach Runner conceived in the early 00’s by NAS Defender restoration specialist, Mike Smith’s East Coast Rover, our Alpine White example completed by ECR in 2007 starting with an impeccable 1997 NAS D90 with 23,000 miles, full safari cage, full custom Badger Coachworks soft top with zip/roll-up windows, full time 4 wheel drive with high-low range, automatic transmission, air conditioning, Freestyle alloy wheels, 9 passenger seating, galvanized 110 chassis, front brush guard with three Hella driving lights, front bumper integrated 9000lb Warn winch, side steps, front wing diamond plating, 9 passenger seating with 4 side facing rear seats with seat belts, Badger Coachworks custom seat covers throughout, later-gen Defender dash with integrated hi-fi sound/nav system with Sirius, heated front seats, auxiliary rear power outlets, Rhino lining throughout, ECR custom roof rack with two ladders, removable windows on all four doors, 26,000 miles since ECR build and 49,500 miles from new, the 2nd of just a dozen or so Beach Runners as built by ECR.
