Land Rovers are generally known as the first car that reached most of the developing parts of the world. The aluminum-bodied Defender was introduced in 1994. During its run of three model years ('94, '95, '97), fewer than 7,000 were brought into North America (NAS Spec).

This 1995 Land Rover Defender 90 is one of approximately 1,700 North American-Specification examples imported into the US for the model year and the final year for the 5-speed manual gearbox. The truck features a roll cage, 16″ five-spoke freestyle wheels, Full Ex-Moor Soft top, a Bimini top, air conditioning, rear jump seats, an Alpine head unit and a Tuffy box locking center console.
