It was originally a right-hand drive model. The XK 150 is the ultimate variation of the formula launched by Jaguar in 1948 with the XK 120 which, with its brilliant 6-cylinder and its original and beautifully sporty design, entered the modern era with panache. The XK 150 is the culmination of this family, with a more spacious body, more opulent interiors, better dynamics, and a personality that foreshadows that of the E-Type. In the meantime, Jaguar won several victories at Le Mans with powertrains that underpinned this family of sportsters.
