This fantastic authentic Jaguar XJS 5.3 V12 was supplied to the Covina, LA based Southland Motors on the 6th April 1988. This superbly original, unrestored, 53,700 mile XJS has always been extremely well maintained. The marvellous bodywork is undamaged, nice and straight with all the body panels fitting together correctly. The chrome decorative strips are as good as new and the paintwork has a fine lustre. The perfectly sound underbody is, thanks to the dry Californian climate, totally rust-free. Throughout its life the Jag has had its documentation carefully kept in good order. The original car wallet contains the original service book and owner’s manual, it also has a Total Driving Experience cassette tape and original cassette deck cleaner. It has the original, ‘Jet Black’ finish with a ‘Barley’ leather interior trim. It has many luxury extras including: aircon, board computer, cruise control, electrically adjustable, heated, seats and electric windows. The ‘Young-timer’ status this XJS carries, makes it very interesting from a business point. This is a wonderfully authentic, very low-mileage example with a correct and complete history!
