The Jaguar 420 (pronounced "4-20") was introduced at the London Motor Show in October 1966 and produced for two years as the ultimate expression in a series of "compact sporting saloons". Developed based on the Jaguar S-Type, the 420 cost around £ 200 more than the S-type.

What makes the 420 unique is that this model was only built for 2 years, there are only 10,236 cars in total, there’s only a small percentage left.

This Jaguar is in neat and technically well-maintained condition, the car is nicely painted except for some minor spots of wear and a small blister (see photos). The vehicle starts immediately, shifts smoothly and powerfully through all gears, idles nicely at 800 rpm and brakes properly. The interior is in neat (used) condition and the dashboard still looks very neat, it even has the original radio.
