The Grifo was a beautifully styled coupe designed by Giugiaro, Bertone’s chief stylist, powered by Chevrolet’s 365bhp 5.3 litre engine and capable of no less than 160mph, making it more than a match for most Ferraris.
This superb Iso Grifo was first registered in Munich/Germany in 1968. The old KFZ - Brief, which is available, shows 5 owners until 1973, when the car was safely stored, awaiting the restoration it deserved.
