Description

Chassis # IR-35071 was delivered new in France as an ISO GT IR 300 on the 16th of June 1964 with 6077 KA 93 license plate. In 1988 with a change of owner the number plate became 5932 SZ 17.
In 1989 or 1990 the car arrived in Italy and was transformed into ISO GRIFO A3\C in the garage of ISO RIVOLTA concessionaire Bardelli in Rome, using the same technique of the 1960s with independent rear suspension and glass fibre bodywork.
The car was purchased by the current owner in 2005 in very poor condition but complete with all the original parts, such as competition oil sump in magnesium, Weber racing carburettors, and special exhausts.
It underwent a complete restoration with the specs of a 1960s racing car carried out by EBIMOTORS CLASSIC under the supervision of Carlo Facetti. The car has a period correct engine, block # GM3782870, which was completely remade in February ? and the gearbox has only one hour of use.
In 2022 and 2023, the car was invited to Leghorn for the celebrations of GIOTTO BIZZARINI and to the CHANTILLY CONCOURS, as well as the VERNASCA SILVER FLAG in 2017\2018.. It received Best of Show at the Cesana-Sestriere Show 2022.
It has raced in the Peter Auto GT at Paul Ricard, Dijon and Monza, and is eligible for Peter Auto s Greatest Trophy, Sixties Endurance, Le Mans Classic and Spa Six Hours.
The car comes with period correct French number plate and documents, and HTP FIA valid until 2027.
It is ready for the 2024 season
