These trucks were used in all theatres of operation during World War 2.
This truck was in the European theatre of operations and shows signs of having an M45 Maxon anti-aircraft turret in the cargo bed.
Rebuilt by Daimler Benz in Germany in 1949 and distributed to the Norwegian Army, who are reknown for maintaining trucks to a very high standard.
Purchased by Joop Staman in Holland in the early 1990's who kept it in storage until the current owner acquired it approximately ten years ago.
BAIV serviced the truck including rebuilt braking system, a full set of new period correct bar tread tyres and new rear canvas by Allied Forces Canvas.
Used for the Normandy D-Day 75th anniversary and various tours in Holland without fault.
