Under the bonnet is a 'Z-code' 300hp 390ci (6.4-litre) V8 engine, fuelled by an Edelbrock carburettor, coupled to a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission.
The odometer currently shows 27,380 miles, but this is not guaranteed.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
This example is a fourth-generation Ford Thunderbird and has several upgrades over its predecessors, including sequential indicators and front disc brakes.
The car is finished in a tasteful white shade over a contrasting bright red interior with dark wood effect and chrome accents.
It sits on a set of 15-inch steel wheels with polished Thunderbird brand details.
Factory features include a black vinyl-covered roof with decorative Landau bars on the C-pillars, an analogue clock (not working) and a cabin heater.
A non-standard radio/cassette player is fitted in the centre console and Sunpro water temperature and oil pressure gauges are fitted on the passenger side of the transmission tunnel.
The car comes with the original owner's manuals and a selection of historical service invoices.

There is no impact damage present on the bodywork.
The white paintwork is described as being in fair condition, with some cracks and stone chips.
Inside, the cabin looks good, with no particular signs of wear on the reupholstered red seats.
There are no known electrical or mechanical faults.
