This very nice Ford Mustang Convertible is fitted with the now quite rare 6-cylinder engine. Over the years most 6-cylinder Mustangs have been subject to an engine change to an engine with an additional two cylinders. This car has mercifully spared that fate and today and that is something simply quite special.

The whole car is in a neat state. The trim bodywork and paintwork show a few signs of normal usage. The tidy hood shuts securely. The brightwork has been perfectly maintained.

The black vinyl interior trim is in a good state. The car also has matching black carpets and the dashboard top is in good condition. All instrument and controls are neat and in good working order, just as are the 3-spoke steering wheel and chrome gear lever.

This Mustang has a 122 horsepower straight-six. Whilst quite modest when set against the might that a V8 can bring to the table, it is most certainly enough to savor the ride. With 200 horses under the bonnet you can easily keep up in todays traffic and the 3-speed automatic suits the chilled character of this Mustang perfectly. The way in which the brakes operate, the smooth gear action as well as the good suspension and cushioning exemplify the overall good maintenance this car has enjoyed over the years.
