We are offering for sale a charming 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible, an affordable project car with plenty of potential. This Mustang has been stored for several years, but the engine starts and runs, the automatic transmission shifts, and the brakes are functioning. As with any vehicle that has been sitting for an extended period, it should be thoroughly inspected before returning to regular road use.
Finished in the desirable factory color Raven Black (Code A), this Mustang is complemented by a beautiful black Pony Deluxe interior that remains in nice condition. The car is also equipped with several desirable factory-style options, including a Rally-Pac and a center console, both highly sought-after features among Mustang enthusiasts.
Power comes from the desirable A-code 289 V8 with a 4-barrel carburetor, rated at 225 horsepower from the factory. This engine was one of the performance-oriented small-block options available in 1966. The car was also factory-equipped with power steering, making it a comfortable and enjoyable cruiser.
This Mustang Convertible is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a running and driving project with a great color combination, desirable options, and plenty of future potential.
