Fifteen million copies sold in nineteen years: these figures are still impressive today. They reflect the success of the Ford T, launched in 1908 and which is based on a simple and robust design. High on legs and equipped with a flexible suspension, the Ford T is then perfectly adapted to traffic conditions in the United States, where tracks and sunken roads await the motorist as soon as he leaves the city.
Arrived in the collection of Monsieur B in January 1969, this Ford T requires a complete restoration, which its owner will undertake over a period of 10 years. As with all of their cars, Monsieur and Madame B regularly take part in rallies with their Ford T and arouse the sympathy of most enthusiasts. It appears to be delivered new by Ford France, always carefully maintained and stored in a dry place, this magnificently preserved and very attractive estimate deserves the utmost attention.
