This 1942 Ford Willys Jeep is in good shape. If only they could talk! We could not trace the car’s exact history, other than it is abundantly clear it got through the war without too much damage. In a time of war, it is all hands to the helm. In 1942 it meant that every manufacturer in the States able to produce a Willys had to do just that. Thanks to a great degree of standardization various car manufacturers were able to build the Willys, producing more or less identical jeeps. Ford being Ford they of course made some subtle changes to the Ford Willys.

The car itself is in good shape. The engine runs well and there are no problems with the transmission. The Spartan interior is in fine fettle with everything working correctly. This jeep also comes with a canvas hood in good working order. The bodywork and paintwork are as they should be, neat and used. This one is ready for many miles of trekking over any kind of terrain. Despite its small size, there are not many places in the world a Willys cant tackle and moreover, there are even fewer places in the world a Willy hasn’t been. It is no surprise that after nearly 80 years the Willys is still so loved. In short, this is a cool Willys in fine condition.
