A body designed by Pininfarina, a 2.4 liter V6 from Ferrari and a fantastic chassis, we can only talk about one car and that is the Fiat Dino Spider 2400.

This is a car from 1971. With only 420 units built, the 2400 is much rarer than the much more common 2000 with its production run of 1,100 units. The odometer of this example shows only 31,730 kilometers, if we look at the condition of the car, it is very possible that this is the original mileage. The bodywork looks beautiful with nice thin sheet metal and correct fits. The metallic silver paint is in very good condition and the car looks great. The Dino Spider is on correct Crommodora wheels surrounded by good tires in the right sizes. Furthermore, the original exhausts stand out at the rear.

The interior is also in top condition. The wood on the dashboard looks like new and the three-spoke wooden steering wheel also looks beautifully cared for. The interior is covered with black carpets and black vinyl on the seats. Both the carpets and the upholstery on the seats look beautiful and are in top condition. The top of the dashboard also looks beautiful and is of course completely free of cracks.

The technology is also in top condition. The 2.4 liter V6 delivers 180 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 216 newton meters at just 4,600 rpm. The engine enables the car to reach a top speed of 210 kilometers per hour. The engine is mated to a five-speed manual transmission from ZF. The driving forces are passed on to the rear wheels, which in this case also have a differential lock. Furthermore, the chassis of the 2400 has independent wheel suspension all around in contrast to the 2000.

The car is in excellent condition and is ready for many years of classic driving pleasure with an unprecedented soundtrack. The Fiat Dino Spider 2400 is perhaps one of the cheapest ways to get your hands on one of the best engines ever made at Ferrari.
