Model history

The name Testa Rossa refers to the colour that the camshaft covers were painted on the Ferrari sports racing models. The Paris Motor Show in 1984 saw the return of the Testarossa. The Pininfarina-designed supercar was striking and innovative with its aerodynamic layout and large side intakes. The engine was the first four valves per cylinder flat 12 fitted in a Ferrari road car, producing a claimed 390bhp @ 6300 rpm (European models). This was the most powerful engine mounted on a production sports car at the time of its launch.

The Ferrari Testarossa made quite an impact: it became one of the most iconic models of the 80’s and even today, it is an exceptional car.

This example

This specific Ferrari Testarossa was delivered new on the 18th of August in 1988 via Kroymans Ferrari. The car always remained in Holland and has only 40.584km since new. It shows beautiful bodywork with correct panel fit. The paint is in very nice original condition. Comes with service books and its original tool kit.

This car benefits from a sport exhaust and an interesting low mileage. Just back from a big service (19.600 euro) at Dutch specialists Mugello Engineering (March 2023).
