"The Ferrari California is a grand touring sports car which is a 2+2 with a  hard top convertible configuration,  powered by a front-mid mounted naturally aspirated 4.3-litre, V8 engine with 453bhp. The California, reviving the name used for the 1950’s 250 GT Spyder California, was launched at the 2008 Paris Motor Show and represented a number of firsts for Ferrari; the first  front engined Ferrari with a V8, multi-link rear suspension, seven speed dual clutch transmission and the first Ferrari with a folding metal roof, making life so much easier for the user/owner. Its  top speed of 193mph and  acceleration  from zero to 62mph in under four seconds, puts it in the Supercar performance bracket and is still in this league eight years on.  A Ferrari which offers their usual sports car thrills and excitement but with the practicality of a grand tourer.
This 2011 lefthand drive California was sold new in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The previous vendor bought the car from an official Ferrari dealer in Riyadh whilst he was living and working in the Middle East. When he returned to the UK in 2017, he brought his pride and joy back with him. Offered in the ultimate Ferrari colour combination of Rosso Scuderia Red with Nero Black interior, this example has been kept in lovely condition.  It boasts high specification including ceramic brakes, heated electric seats, cruise control and recently, had a new set of tyres fitted. The car was last serviced in April 2018 by well renowned Ferrari dealership Maranello’s in Egham.  To find another California in such good condition, with such low mileage and in this colour combination would be a very difficult task.
