Description

Fourth in a tradition of California specials from Ferrari, the 2010 California marked the long-awaited reemergence of the storied California moniker, following the 250 LWB and SWB California Spiders in 1958 and 1960, and later, the 365 California in 1966. Featuring a number of firsts for Ferrari, like the first front- engine V-8 with direct fuel injection and the first seven-speed transmission, the California can achieve 0–60 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 196 mph.

This early example of the California in Rosso Corsa (Racing Red) over tan was completed in July 2009, and delivered new to Donald Weber with over $39,000 of options, including red calipers on carbon ceramic brakes, carbon fiber driver-zone accents, cruise control, electric Daytona-style seats, Scuderia Ferrari shields, MagneRide dual-mode shock absorbers, and 20" diamond-finish sports wheels. A one-owner car, it has remained in the Weber Collection its entire lifetime.

Driven minimally, this 2010 California has less than 6,000 miles shown on the odometer and has been regularly serviced by Ferrari and Maserati of Newport Beach, with every aspect meticulously maintained and documented. Overall, the car is in superlative condition, and comes accompanied by a dossier of service records, purchase contract, CARFAX Vehicle History Report, the original window sticker, and the original manuals in their leather folio. For the Ferrari aficionado who values thoroughbred lineage and appreciates the performance of a supercar, this iconic California ticks all the boxes.
