  • Well optioned 599 GTB Fiorano in stunning color combination
  • Finished in Blu Tour de France over beige leather with blue contrast stitching
  • Showing just over 19,500 miles on the odometer at cataloguing time
  • 6.0-liter V-12 engine paired with six-speed “F1” automated manual transmission
  • Factory options include carbon-ceramic brakes, 20-inch “monolithic" wheels, full electric Recaro seats, parking sensors, and more

Introduced for the 2007 model year as a replacement for the 575M Maranello, the 599 GTB Fiorano featured an exhilarating naturally aspirated 6.0-liter Tipo F140 V-12 engine derived from that of the radical mid-engine Enzo supercar. Cradled in an all-new chassis and with 612 horsepower and 448 pound-feet of torque on tap, it afforded supercar-like abilities; the 599 GTB could easily outmatch the performance of the iconic F40, even with a comfortably appointed interior befitting a flagship Ferrari gran turismo.

Like all modern Ferraris, the 599 is just as luxurious as it is fast. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with incredible attention to detail throughout. The dash is trimmed in carbon fiber, leather, and aluminum and features Enzo-style instruments, including an advanced LCD display that allows the driver to access a multitude of settings and in-car information. The seats, developed by Recaro, are multi-functional and have adjustable pneumatic support for the hips and ribs, to provide a tight grip during high-speed road or circuit driving.

Like the F430, the 599 was the second Ferrari to wear the now trademarked manettino—"little lever"—on the steering wheel. This dial features five settings to adjust the damper, throttle, and traction-control parameters. It gives the driver the option of having both a docile, driver-friendly car and an uncompromising racer.

Notably, the 599 GTB was also the end of a celebrated era, being the last front-engine, 12-cylinder Ferrari offered with a traditional, six-speed, gated, manual transmission. The alternative was the six-speed “F1” automated manual, which prevailed among buyers of the time.

This example was manufactured in March of 2007 and delivered new to Ferrari San Francisco in Mill Valley, California. It appears to have been registered by its first owner in June of 2007. The car left the factory finished in Blu Tour de France over a beige leather interior with blue contrast stitching.

The accompanying original window sticker indicates a suggested retail price of $326,042, with more than $45,000 in options, including an $18,550 carbon-ceramic brake system, 20-inch “monolithic” wheels, front and rear parking sensors, fully electric Recaro seats, aluminum-colored brake calipers, carbon-fiber trim, iPod connection, and leather upholstered seat backs, headliner, and rear shelf.
