French registration papers
Chassis n°ZFFZR49B000117412
- delivered new in France, less than 27,000 km
- Complete history, second hand, notebooks and invoices
- Rare option 250 GT Lusso and spare wheel.
Delivered new in November 1999 by official importer Charles Pozzi in Levallois-Perret to its first Parisian owner, our Ferrari 550 Maranello is Tour de France blue with a beige leather interior and matching carpets. Four options are notified on the purchase invoice attached to the file: red brake calipers, rear deck type 250 GT Lusso, spare wheel kit and "Daytona" seats, all for the modest sum of 1,283,685 francs. From its launch, the Maranello was considered one of the most beautiful and efficient GTs in the world. This has not changed today and the condition of our copy is simply superb. The interior is in perfect condition as is the bodywork. As shown in its maintenance logbook and invoices attached to the file, this car has been regularly serviced. With a little less than 27,000 km, it is one of the 550 Maranello with the lowest mileage on the market and of course has its original pocket with all the manuals, copies of keys and roadworthiness tests dating back to 2003. It should be noted that the timing belt was replaced last May at 25,995 km.
Marking a return to fundamentals at Ferrari, the 550 Maranello is without a doubt a major model in the history of the Italian firm. This copy, in perfect condition and in perfect working order, is one of the most beautiful examples of this.
This car will be sold by auction by AGUTTES Auction House, in Lyon, France, on November the 9th, 2019.
