Description
Since the introduction of the 250 GT/E to the lineup in 1960, and contrary to popular belief, the 2+2 models have been a real commercial success for Ferrari. In fact, the production of the 250 and 330 GT 2+2 exceeded that of the eleven other models in the lineup combined during the same period.
The 365 GT 2+2 took over at the Salon de Paris in October 1967. More comfortable and powerful than the 330 it replaced, it was also the first four-seater from Ferrari to feature all-independent suspension and power steering as standard. The model came equipped from the factory with lightweight alloy wheels and Michelin tires. The design would evolve after the launch of the 365 GTB/4 to resemble a star. Additionally, Borrani wire wheels were one of the few available options, and they are featured on the car offered here.
Originally adorned in Amaranto, it now showcases a navy blue exterior that harmonizes beautifully with its beige interior. It comes complete with its spare wheel and toolkit. Additionally, its 30-year billing history is available, along with its user manual neatly stored in its pouch.
For maintenance, Dino Sport took care of valve adjustments, breaker settings, conducted a service, and replaced the rear shocks and compensators between April and July 2021.
