Spare Key. MOT valid until 19/04/2021Truly immaculate, one of the most attractive 360 Modenaswe have ever seenIn 1999, Ferrari knew that it was time to replace their much loved 355 and consequently the 360 was introduced to critical acclaim and immediately set a new benchmark for supercar styling and performance. The 360 Modena design was revolutionary, making extensive use of lightweight materials in its construction resulting in a much lighter car along with substantially increased rigidity. Ferrari also paid particular attention to improving the under-body aerodynamics using knowledge gained from their F1 programme and the 360 boasts a completely flat bottom with two prominent rear diffusers. The 3586cc engine produced a staggering 400bhp, resulting in a 0-60 time of just 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 186mph, and the Pininfarina designed bodyshell presented an exceptionally clean, low-drag profile without the need for additional wings, flares or blisters. Another striking feature is the large glass rear screen that proudly displays the engine in all its glory. Introduced at the Geneva Show in March 1999 the 360 Modena, not unsurprisingly, swelled Ferrari's order books and within weeks there was a two-year waiting list.Originally supplied by Graypaul in Loughborough to Kevin Hurcum in Kent on 1-10-1999,this right-hand drive, 360 Modenais finished in Rosso Corsawith Rosso-piped Crema hide and Scuderia Wing Shields and was ordered with the 6-speed, electro-hydraulic,'F1' gearbox. At the time of cataloguing, the Ferrari had covered a total of 7,595 miles, a figure corroborated by a full collection of MOT Certificates and Acknowledgements of SORN. The service history is as you would expect from such a cherished example and the Service Book details that it was serviced on 9/05/01 (H.R.Owen) at1,306 miles, 23/04/03 at 3,975 miles (cambelts) Graypaul, 25/05/04 Graypaul at 4,614 miles, 12/07/07 Terry Keys at 6,506 with cambelts and ball joints and 11/02/2020 (Graypaul) at 7,569 with cambelts. The current MOT dates from 20-04-2020 (7,583 miles) andis valid until 19-04-2021. It doesn't appear to have needed much mechanical attention over the years, apart from routine servicing, but those few invoices that are in the history file are from the best names, Graypaul, Lancaster, Terry Keys and JCT600.The tan leather Ferrari wallet that accompanies the car is as immaculate as the rest of the car and contains the Owner's Manual, Owner's Warranty and Service Book, Alarm System Manual, Hi-fi System Manual, Hi-Fi Warranty, Ferrari UK Warranty, Ferrari Assistance paperwork, Ferrari Dealers List, the original Ferrari Torch and spare keys.Truly immaculate, with a detailed history, and sensibly guided, this is one of the most attractive 360 Modenaswe have ever seen.Lot No. 130 - 1999 Ferrari 360 Modena F1https://youtu.be/ZjHLJ9IJH0ktrue
