Description
VIN No. 12188
Engine Type: F106A000
Registered in Milan in 1976 with the 1978 number plates and logbook from the province of La Spezia. The 308 GT4 was the first production road car with a V8 engine and the first mid-engine four-seater. It comes with the original owner’s manual, spare wheel and tool bag.
Silver with black interior, very well maintained, never restored; just a small facelift to the bodywork some twenty years ago. Complete with all details, one of the first chassis to lose the Dino logo in favour of the Ferrari one, as it was more popular with most customers. Seats and carpeting in excellent condition, the boot still has the typical original chequered lining.
Original mechanics fully functional, the 8 spark plugs recently replaced. The car has a valid MOT.
A rare model with angular and sleek lines designed by Marcello Gandini for Bertone Coachbuilders, which broke the partnership between Ferrari and Pininfarina for the first time since 1953. A Ferrari that is certainly different from all the others, highly sought after by collectors, which has seen its market value multiply in recent years.
The car must be collected from the province of Savona.
