2023 has been a milestone in Ferrari GT racing, with the debut of the new Ferrari 296 GT3.
Chassis 5040 has been the #51 AF Corse Francorchamps Motors Pro entry for the full season of GT World Challenge Endurance, the most competitive GT3 championship in the world, in the hands of factory drivers Robert Shwartzman,
Alessio Rovera and Nicklas Nielsen. Always in the first rows in qualifying, it finally got the long awaited and deserved first victory in the season finale in Barcelona.
During the 2023-2024 winter it was entered in Asian Le Mans series for Simon Mann, Francois Heriau and factory driver Davide Rigon; the trio was always among the front runners
and got a podium in Dubai. For 2024 chassis 5040 was assigned to GT Open where, in the hands of Marcelo Hahn and Allam Khodair, finished 4th in the Pro-Am class, with 5 podiums and 2 wins, including the season finale Enduro in Monza.
