Unique De Tomaso Guarà Coupé. De Guarà was the last model that Alejandro De Tomaso produced, after which De Tomaso went bankrupt. This copy was delivered new to Sport Cars GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany on September 26, 1995. The car was first registered on October 19, 1995 and has driven only 46.219 kilometers. The last owner has owned the car for more than 11 years. The Guarà is based on the Maserati Barchetta Stradale prototype from 1991. A racing car with minimal adjustments to be allowed on public roads. In total, only 50 were produced, of which 38 were in Coupé form! The body is made of fiberglass, Kevlar and other very light, high-quality materials and is placed on a "backbone" aluminum chassis. The suspension is similar to Formula 1 technology, the Guarà is therefore known as very direct and manoeuvrable. The first Guaras were, just like this one, equipped with a 282 hp aluminum BMW M60 B40 V8 engine from the BMW 840 Ci. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed Getrag manual transmission. In addition to the engine, the Guarà shares more BMW technology, including the interior in both electronic and optical respects. This De Tomaso is executed in its original color scheme "Blu" with a Pelle "Blu" leather interior. Documented with her original instruction booklet, copy of old German papers and even the first delivery note of 26/09/1995 are still present. Technically, the car is well maintained and is in perfect working condition.
