This 1912 De Dion Bouton roadster was acquired in the 1980s by its previous owner family. While in original condition, the car had been preserved and was complete with its original bodywork. Between 2009 and 2011, it was fully restored by Jean-Luc Bonnefoy in Orval, a recognized specialist in the pre-war field. In total, nearly € 55,000 were spent to redo the woodwork, the body, the engine, the upholstery, the soft top, as well as all the components of the car. It is thus a De Dion in a superb state of restoration that we present today, it dipsose an elegant roadster body in very good condition, a black leather upholstery as well as a new soft top. The mechanical assembly has been restored, including the engine, the gearbox, the axle as well as the running gear. We specify that the 10HP four cylinder engine carries a "1912" stamp and a bore and stroke ratio of 66x120.
The De Dion will be sold with its complete restoration file, including invoices and photos.
