Description

"Manufactured by Citroën from October 1925 to January 1927, the Citroën B12 was the direct competitor of the Peugeot 177 and the Renault KZ. It replaced the Citroën B2, one of whose main defects was the absence of front brakes. Two 1.5 litre engines were available with power ratings of 20 to 22 bhp. The B12 was a commercial success for Citroën, with 38,381 units produced in several body styles (torpedo, interior, cabriolet, commercial torpedo, Normande and Boulangère).
The model presented is a torpedo body in a beautiful state of restoration. The whole restoration was photographed by the owner, which allows to attest the quality of the work done. It has its original service booklet. The battery needs to be changed to get back on the road and enjoy the joys of this beautiful pre-war Citroën, so important in the history of the brand from the quai de Javel.
