This Citroën 2 CV, which first registration was issued on March 28, 1991 in Stuttgart, Germany, under the number S-KX 7828 in the name of a buyer residing in that city, is one of the very last produced from the factory in Mangualde, Portugal, as production stopped in July 1990. It is also amusing to note that the highest serial number of a 2 CV intended for Germany is 375 563, which does not seem to be very different from that of this example (375072). However, the order of the numbers does not correspond precisely to that of the cars leaving the factory, and specialists have noted certain discrepancies in numbering between cars produced at the same time. This does not prevent this 2 CV from being one of the very last of the legendary Citroën which had a 50-years career ! But this is not its only exceptional feature. The other is its mileage: it has covered only 124 km since leaving the factory, which means that it is practically new, completely original! It offers the feeling that a buyer could experience when he went with a little heartbeat to a Citroën dealership to pick up the car he had ordered.
