History: Delivered new to Italian Chevron importer Eris Tondelli. Then raced in national sports car events and hill climbs in Italy by several owners until in the 1980s belonging to well known Italian collector Corrado Cupellini. Imported from Italy in the late 1980s by Louisiana-based collector Monte Shallet. Then selling to John Hall, Ralph Manaker and John Feiber. With the present owner since 2004. A well-documented example with known ownership.

Condition: Looked after by Chevron expert Dave Vegher for more than 30 years, then with Phil Reilly & Co. In outstanding condition with excellent restoration and race prep receipts. 2.0-liter Cosworth BDG on fuel injection rebuilt by Vegher. Hewland FT200 5-speed. A fast competition example that has had success in historic racing events.

Of Note: Has Arch Motors stamping on frame. AM B19-71-1. Chevron chassis plate stamped 1. Documented ownership.
