The third generation Corvette is based on the Mako Shark II concept car. The C3 was introduced in model year 1968 and production continued until 1982. The C3 coupé was the first Corvette with removable T-top roof panels. Terms were used which would later return such as LT-1, ZR-1, and Collector Edition.

The Corvette C3 is seen less and less often and is becoming a rarity on the streets. This car starts straight away, idles nicely at 900 rpm, stops well, accelerates powerfully and shifts smoothly through all gears. The standard carburettor was replaced by a more powerful Edelbrock carburettor which gives the Corvette just a little more power.

The car was resprayed in the past, it’s still in reasonably good condition (except for some signs of wear). The interior is original and still looks good considering it’s 40 years old.
