The Eldorado is one of the most sought after American convertibles! Since its introduction in 1953, it has always been a special model.
Its own style on the outside, a different interior on the inside and a double carburettor under the bonnet.

In every way, an Eldorado is more special than a normal series 62 convertible from the same year.

This Eldorado is a very correct and original car. There is no rust anywhere, it has driven little in recent years.
The car is complete including all rare and expensive Eldorado parts. The so-called parade boots are also included to finish the soft-top when driving with an open roof. The attachment of the top needs some attention because it does not stay in place properly.

The paint was painted in the original red colour and as far as we know it was only resprayed once. This is an older restoration, there are some small scratches and spots in the paint all around. Hardly visible from 1.5 m distance, the paint then looks perfect!

All the glass is in perfect condition and all electric windows open and close as they should. The electric soft-top also works perfectly.

Both carburettors were recently overhauled in the US by a specialist (invoice available).
The Cadillac has with 4 new whitewall tyres with the correct size of whitewalls.

The engine runs very well and accelerates well. There is a small imbalance in the engine which causes a very small vibration.

The automatic transmission shifts as it should and the brakes work fine.

However, as the car has been standing still for a long time, the brakes and oils should be checked before driving.

The Cadillac currently has a Belgian registration.

In general a very neat car with some minor repairs needed. This can be a very valuable car after some additional money spent!
