At launch, the BMW M5 was the fastest production sedan in the world and was labelled the first 'super sedan'. This M5 was imported from the UK in 2003 and presents in exceptional condition.
Its paintwork and interior are in superb condition, while the underbody and engine bay present beautifully – a testament to the care shown by its previous owners. With its original Owner's Manual and Service Logbook, this vehicle has an outstanding service history and provenance.
This stunning vehicle presents in its original colour scheme of Lachssilber Metalic (Salmon Silver Metallic) over a black interior and is one of only 283 RHD examples, featuring a sunroof which significantly enhances its desirability and collectability.
Powered by a lively 3.5-litre inline-six paired to a 5-speed manual transmission, this 'super sedan' is capable of reaching 100km/h in just 6.2 secs. It has a top speed of 245 km/h, and is a true wolf in sheep's clothing. Fitted with 16-inch cross-spoke alloy wheels and wide-body wheel-arch mouldings, its aggressive yet subtle design has transcended generations, still turning heads today.
Hand assembled by BMW Motorsport division in Garching, Germany, the E28 was the first incarnation of BMW's M sports sedan and had a limited production run of just 2191 units over two years
