Never before have offered a BMW Bauer, and we have to say; we are pleasantly surprised. Of course we know the 2002, but the Bauer version adds so much extra that driving is completey different comparing to the closed versions. The solidity, handling and flexibility that this BMW is known for has remained obviously, but a convertible makes the experience of a very good driving classic car so much nicer. In addition, this roof construction is both safe due to the roll bar and also variable due to the possible uses. Varying from fully closed, the hardtop taken off, whether or not combined with the rear window section folded down. Various options, therefore, and perfectly adaptable to weather conditions or use.

Exclusively, the BMW can certainly be mentioned, because of this version only 200 pieces were built by the Bauer craftsmen.

This car was built on November 19, 1973 and delivered and registered in Italy and on January 1, 1974. In 2017, the BMW arrived in the Netherlands. Here, the beautiful “Fjord metallic” bodywork was extensively taken care of by a BMW Classic specialist and the technology and interior was not forgotten. The beautiful black / white checkered fabric interior is wonderfully “period” and fits perfectly with the (original) body color. The owner has always taken good care of the car and the invoices of the maintenance are coming with the car. Just like the official BMW Classic Certificate issued by BMW, which proves we are talking about a completely matching numbers car.

Meanwhile it is a few years later and the owner comes to the conclusion that he actually has too many cars and therefore asked us to find a passionate new owner for the BMW. It seems to us that a true car enthusiast who sees all the benefits of a BMW 2002 Bauer, definitely should come over to us for viewing and driving.
