This is a very fine example of what many have come to regard as the last of the proper hand built Bentley Continentals produced. As with the original Type R Continental from the 1950’s this last Type R is very stylish, very attractive and sporting with some wonderful detail design whilst never being ostentatious. Much like the original these cars are surprisingly sporting and taut on the road with an impressive level of performance whilst always being comfortable and refined. The wonderful interior still has a lovely ambience that the German prestige competition has never been able to match
This example finished in Ming Blue with black Connolly leather was supplied by London Bentley Dealer Jack Barclay on the 11th September 1992. Jack Barclay continued to maintain the car to Bentley Service Schedul
