Introduced at the 2007 Geneva Motor Show, the second generation Bentley Brooklands was a coupé version of the fabulous Bentley Azure.
Volkswagen, which had owned Bentley Motors since 1998, had only renewed the Azure in 2006, before launching the Brooklands in 2007. A worthy heir to the Continental, this Bentley is equipped with the traditional 6.75 V8, now developing 530 bhp. Even more impressive, this fabulous engine has 1050 NM of torque, a figure that buries the competition. This enormous power means exceptional performance, with the car reaching 100 km/h in just a few seconds and a top speed approaching 300 km/h.
Produced between 2007 and 2009, only 432 examples were built.
The car we're presenting here is exceptional in that it has covered just 4,000 km since leaving the factory on October 1, 2008. Ordered in early 2008 under number 166392, it was delivered by Bentley Paris in October 2008.
