Description
The ‘Bentley EXP 9F’ concept car was unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The production version, which made its debut at the 2015 IAA in Frankfurt am Main, shows significant differences, particularly in the headlights. The Bentayga is Bentley’s first SUV. Like the second-generation Audi Q7, it is based on Volkswagen’s MLBevo platform. When it was launched in 2015, the Bentayga was the most luxurious hand-built off-road vehicle of all time. Initially, the Bentayga was only available with the 6-litre W12 twin-turbo engine; this was later followed by both a 4-litre V8 diesel engine and a 4-litre V8 petrol engine. True to tradition, the Bentayga is finally assembled in Crewe, England. This Bentley Bentayga, with its formidable 608 hp 6-litre W12 twin-turbo engine, was delivered new to the United Arab Emirates and first registered on 17 January 2017. It is superbly equipped with an 8-speed automatic gearbox, adaptive cruise control, sat-nav, parking assist and a reversing camera, an electric panoramic sunroof, an entertainment system for rear passengers, exquisitely quilted leather with an embroidered brand emblem, polished wood trim, electrically adjustable, heated and ventilated front seats, and countless other luxury features, the original price was well over CHF 250‘000. In 2020, with 15‘400 km on the clock, this prestigious SUV was imported into Switzerland and, shortly afterwards, purchased by a lover of fine cars. He enjoyed driving his Bentayga and – as the available documentation shows – ensured it received regular servicing. In addition to the regular servicing, the brake discs and pads on the front and rear axles, as well as the engine mounts including the control unit, were replaced in 2023 at 55‘905 km. In February 2025, at 62‘429 km, the car was fitted with a new windscreen following a stone chip. In April 2026, the Bentley was taken over by the current owner and has been driven very little since. With just under 71‘000 km on the clock and a documented service history, the vehicle is in very good and well-maintained condition and represents a fantastic opportunity to acquire a super-SUV capable of speeds in excess of 300 km/h. The last MOT was carried out in November 2025, meaning the Bentley Bentayga can be registered immediately.
