The Austin-Healey 3000 was built by BMC (British Motor Corporation) from 1959 to 1967 and was priced between MG TD and Jaguar XK 120 from the beginning of production. The Austin-Healey 3000 won many European rallies and is still often entered in classic car rallies. It earned much of its popularity from rally driver Pat Moss, one of the first serious women in motorsport, sister of Stirling Moss and wife of Saab rally legend Erik Carlsson.

This Austin-Healey is from the first of a total of three series (Mk I to Mk III) and is beloved by car enthusiasts as the most beautiful Austin-Healey 3000. Its engine was completely overhauled a few kilometres ago and is now in excellent condition. It is intoxicatingly beautiful in its sound vocabulary and is the essence of the "Roaring Sixties"! In authentically beautiful condition, this "Mark One" (MkI) represents a great opportunity to throw you back into the period of the wild sixties.

Der Austin-Healey 3000 wurde von 1959 bis 1967 von BMC (British Motor Corporation) gebaut und war preislich ab Produktionsbeginn zwischen MG TD und Jaguar XK 120 positioniert. Der Austin-Healey 3000 gewann viele europäische Rallyes und wird auch heute noch oft bei Oldtimerrallyes eingesetzt. Einen Grossteil der Bekanntheit erlangte es durch die Rallye-Fahrerin Pat Moss, eine der ersten ernstzunehmenden Frauen im Motorsport, Schwester von Stirling Moss und Ehefrau von Saab-Rallye-Legende Erik Carlsson.

Dieser Austin-Healey ist aus der ersten von gesamthaft drei Serien (Mk I bis Mk III) und wird von Autofans als der schönste Austin-Healey 3000 geliebt. Der Motor ist vor wenigen Kilometern komplett revidiert worden und erfreut sich nun bester Gesundheit. Er ist in seiner Klangsprache betörend schön und ist der Inbegriff der „Roaring Sixties“! In einem authentisch schönem Zustand, stellt dieser „Mark One“ (Mk I) eine tolle Gelegenheit dar, um sich in eine Zeitreise in die wilden 60er-Jahre zu befördern.
