Description
The Alfa Romeo Spider made its debut in 1966 as the final masterpiece signed by Battista Pininfarina. Over three decades, this iconic model spanned three distinctive series: “Osso di Seppia,” “Coda Tronca,” and “Aerodinamica,” before being revamped in 1990. The redesign, still overseen by the Pininfarina atelier, returned the lines to their original purity. Created to replace the Giulia and Giulietta Spider, the “Duetto” line offered various engines over the years: 1.3, 1.6, 1750, and 2000.
In 1982, Alfa Romeo introduced the “Aerodiamica I” version, developed by Pininfarina based on a 1974 prototype. This version was produced with both a 1.6 and a 2.0 engine and featured, compared to previous models, new black polyester bumpers with an integrated shield and a spoiler made of flexible plastic. Mechanically, the 2000 engine marked the introduction of electronic ignition, while the 1.6-liter engine returned to a power output of 104 hp.
The car we are offering is in excellent condition, both in terms of bodywork and mechanics. It has always been serviced and regularly maintained. It features black leather interiors, is registered with ASI, and is ready for any test, even for daily use.
