An Alfa Romeo GT 1600 Junior with a unique GTV 2000 kind of character! To begin with, the classic Alfa GT is similar to the 2000 version in engine terms. It’s one of the many upgrades the former owner added to his beloved "Bertone GTV" to give it a custom look and feel. For example, the loyal Prins customer, former 4C and Giulia Q driver has equipped the GT 1600 Junior with an impressive range of Alfaholics parts – including the suspension, stabilizer bar and the stainless steel exhaust system plus manifold. But also the GTA replica wheels, Momo Prototipo steering wheel, 1750 grille, Alcantara headlining and yellow headlights were his idea. Will this old school classic be your brand new love? We can assure you one thing: it won’t be the first time that an Italian work of art is adored by several people at the same time… So don't wait too long to visit Holland!

Exterior
A bright red Bertone designed Alfa Romeo bodywork Does it get any better than this? Sure: the beautifully modified Alfa GT 1600 is closer to the ground thanks to the Alfaholics springs and looks even more solid because of the iconic GTA wheels. Replicas, but the effect is the same. The 1750 front also stands out. Next to the modified grille you’ll find yellow headlights. At the back, the stainless steel sports exhaust system is a real eyecatcher and of course there are several Quadrifoglio emblems on this Alfa Romeo racer. Furthermore, the Junior has a pretty sleek finish and the chrome details provide the familiar sparkle in your eyes. It’s completely against our gut feeling and yet we’re going to ask you not to stare at the Italian beauty for too long.

Interior
This has several reasons. To begin with, the interior of the Alfa GT Junior is certainly worth a visit. The Nero leather finish and wooden dashboard/tunnel console inserts are in very nice shape. The Alcantara headlining is unique. And the modern radio with Bluetooth also fits perfectly into the classic ambiance thanks to its retro design. The round tubes that serve as analog instruments complete the nostalgic Alfa feeling. Superlative is the Alcantara covered Momo Prototipo steering wheel with 3 spokes finished in matt black. The stitching in the Alcantara has its charm, but the fiery red 12 o'clock marker refers directly to the sporty qualities of the GT 1600 / GTV 2000. Time to wake up the 2.0 liter engine!

Technique & performance
After all, driving is the 2nd reason to take your eyes off all the gorgeous adjustments. Since the other upgrades focus on handling characteristics, your expectations should be high. The stainless steel exhaust system with manifold is from the same Alfaholics shop as the special air filter. Furthermore, both the suspension and the stabilizer bar are covered by the renowned Alfa tuner and racing specialist too. Since there’s a GTV 2000 engine in the front, the Alfa Romeo GT 1600 Junior performs as it sounds. The 4-cylinder Twin Cam has an output of 130 hp and is a pleasure for all your senses, allowing the amazing Bertone body to take corners at even a higher speed than an Alfa GTV 2000 without Alfaholics modifications. Who likes to give it a try?

Kind regards,
Prins Classics.
