Alfa Romeo 33 owes its name to 33 Stradale and is the direct descendant of AlfaSud. A car with high performance, typical of Alfa Romeo, the 1.3 S engine is similar to the normal 1.3 but increased to 1351 cc equipped with 4 coupled carburettors capable of delivering 86 hp.
With original number plates and documents.
This 34-years-old Alfa Romeo first series still rides very well as a modern car, the precise steering mechanism and brilliant engine make this car very desirable for its sportiness and the elasticity of the engine speed progression.
The body is in its original Myrtle Green colour, it was repainted in 2005 because it had the defect, like all 33, that the transparent finish of the metallic paint had come off, but only superficially because the body did not show signs of rust. The body and the structure have never been damaged and the floor is in excellent condition with its original factory protective product. The boot compartment is in excellent condition as is the engine compartment where you can see the shock absorber supports, perfectly intact and with the original marks made by Alfa Romeo to check for tampering or accidents.
Mechanically, the car is excellent, always maintained and serviced. The engine is solid and powerful with an excellent sprint thanks to the 4 carburettors that make it fun to drive with an immediate acceleration response. Fully functioning 5-speed transmission, just like the braking system.
The interior is in good condition, no broken or torn seats. It only needs to be washed to be new again. The carpet also looks good, without tears.
The electronics in the car and in the dashboard all work well, as well as the headlights, dashboard lights and windscreen wipers; only the window on the passenger side does not work, the other 3 power windows work well.
The tyres are at 80%, mounted on BBS optional rims.
The vehicle can be viewed. For an appointment, please contact Catawiki.
