This SR500-based machine was custom built for Mr. Joel by former Deus Ex Machina builder Mike Woolaway and has been transformed through an extensive modification program. Notable modifications include a custom-fabricated swingarm, Honda CR750- style aluminum fuel tank for a competition aesthetic, and uprated suspension throughout. The bike also features a Barnes quick-change rear hub and a large four-leading-shoe front drum brake. The engine has been enlarged to 534 cc, delivering enhanced performance from the single-cylinder unit to make this example a distinctive, custom machine. A work in progress, this machine will require further mechanical attention and sorting prior to use.
