This interesting Triumph Speed Twin with its frame number 12399 spent the last 30 years stored away in a barn in the Bernese region. In 2022 it was taken over by the vendor as a restoration project without any documentation - these had most probably been discarded years ago. On checking his bike, he noticed that the engine was still turning freely but the gearbox was seized. Unnecessary to mention that the complete electrics and mechanics now require an overhaul. Due to lack of time the owner has decided to sell his bike and provide another enthusiast with the possibility to have it restored, used as a parts source or as an exhibition object.
