This Triumph, with its sprung hub rear suspension, was first registered in England in July 1955 and imported into Switzerland in October 1996. Here the bike was equipped with 16-inch wheels front and back. At the same time, it received a new tank, a new fork head, fork and a different handlebar. A copy of its first MOT report indicates that the Triumph was presented to the Swiss authorities in exactly this specification. A number of years ago, the Magneto ignition was overhauled, and the engine received new crankshaft bearings. This rather quick Brit is in very good shape, only the battery would need to be replaced due to a longer period of inactivity. The last MOT was completed in July 2020.
