- Built from 1976 to 1979 and based on the iconic 750S
- Only 540 Americas were thought to be built before production ceased in 1979
- The America was bored out to 789cc and had a claimed top speed of 135mph
- Correct numbers, very low mileage, original condition. Complete with California title
- Bought new in 1978 and shipped to California in its crate, used for 41 miles and stored away for 40 years
- Sold at auction in the USA with 41 miles in 2016, now showing 42
- Part of a private collection and due to long-term storage may require some recommissioning before road use
- Very collectable and highly sought after
