The company successfully manufactured small-displacement, quintessential Café racer style motorcycles (mostly 125-150cc) through the 1950s and 1960s. In the 60s small motorcycle sales declined, and MV started producing larger displacement cycles in more limited quantities. A 250cc, and later a smart 350cc twin were produced, and a 600cc four-cylinder evolved into a 750cc which is still extremely valuable today.
This is such a rare and desirable four cylinder 750 S model, and it will be difficult to find another as good as this. It comes with the period fairing which has never been mounted and a variety of sales literature. Recently this fantastically well kept bike has benefited from a thorough service.
