Description

In 1966, Honda released its brand new CB 450, which quickly overshadowed Triumph's Bonneville. With its double overhead camshaft, its torsion bar, its vacuum carburetors and other technical innovations coming from the competition, it has enough to impress the competition. In terms of performance, with a top speed of 165 km/h thanks to its 450 cc 43 hp engine and a four-speed gearbox, it competes with larger engines, but the Americans for whom it was intended swear by big engines. Although the success is mitigated in the country of Uncle Sam, this motorcycle sells internationally and will be declined under eight version of K0 to K7 from 1966 to 1974. The K0 and its chrome and black finish
