HARLEY DAVIDSON BOARD TRACK RECONSTRUCTION

Unregistered

While its great rival, Indian, pocketed victories thanks to its official entries, Harley-Davidson left it to the private teams to represent them (a racing department was created only in 1916). This replica of a 1914 Harley-Davidson board track could be one of those machines prepared somewhere in deep America. Produced in the workshops of Alfred Nando, this machine is characterized by its simplicity: a simple cradle frame, an engine, plus a very nicely riveted and indented tank to accommodate the rocker mechanisms. This beautiful evocation, which has a sales certificate signed by Alfred Nando (2015), will be a perfect addition to complete the collection, or as a relic in a shrine dedicated to the gods of speed.
